Description
La Consultation a pour objet la mise en place d'un accord-cadre de fourniture d'électricité en vue de l'alimentation des PDL dont le périmètre est spécifié à l'article 8 du CCATP. Il donnera lieu à une remise en concurrence des Titulaires dans le cadre d'un marché subséquent conformément à l'article R.2162-10 du Code de la commande publique et dans les conditions reprises à l'article 6 du CCATP.
