Description
Le présent accord cadre a pour objet de définir les termes contractuels généraux entre le pouvoir adjudicateur (constitué en groupement dans le cadre du lot 1) et différents prestataires dans le cadre de la passation de futurs marchés subséquents relatifs aux prestations de fourniture d'énergie électrique active et de gaz naturel garanties avec l'acheminement nécessaire à l'alimentation en continu et services associés, sans aucune altération des besoins.
