Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. La forme du prix est déterminée par marché subséquent. La présente consultation a pour objet la fourniture d'électricité répondant à des normes élevées de qualité environnementale pour des bâtiments communaux de la Ville de La Rochelle dont les coordonnées et références des sites figurent en annexe 1 du CCP : Le contrat finalisé par le présent marché est un « contrat unique » qui couvre à la fois l'acheminement et la fourniture d'électricité
