Description

Cette consultation faisait l'objet d'une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert en 2023. Elle a été déclarée sans suite pour motif d'irrégularité des offres reçues. Elle est donc relancée dans le cadre d'une procédure identique conformément aux articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° et R.2162-13 et suivants, du Code de la Commande publique. Le présent marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande à prix unitaires. Par ailleurs, deux autres marchés « services de télécommunications » sont en cours d'exécution. - Lot 1 : abonnement, communications et services associés pour les autocommutateurs, lignes isolées, téléphonie et data mobile ; - Lot 2 : accès Internet fibre haut débit. Le présent marché public concerne toutes les prestations de télécommunications qui ne figurent pas dans les marchés publics susmentionnés.
