Description
Der zu schließende Rahmenvertrag umfasst die Aufgabe der ganzjährigen fotografischen Begleitung von Terminen und Reisen. Die vom Auftragnehmer geschuldete Leistung besteht darin, (digitale) Fotografien (Bilder bzw. Bildmaterial) zu produzieren, zu bearbeiten und dem Auftraggeber zur Verfügung zu stellen. Ergänzend und konkretisierend zum Rahmenvertrag ergibt sich der Leistungsgegenstand aus den nachfolgenden Ausführungen.
