Stiftelsen Helgeland Museum skal bygge et nytt museumsbygg i Mosjøen. Se vedlegg 1 - prisforespørsel for mer detaljert beskrivelse rundt prosjektet og prosessen. Stiftelsen Helgeland Museum ber med dette om tilbud på å levere forprosjekt for nytt museumsbygg i Skjervgata 13, Mosjøen. Konkurransen gjennomføres som en åpen anbudskonkurranse, jf. anskaffelsesforskriften § 13-1 første ledd.
