Procedura aperta telematica da esperire ai sensi degli artt. 25 e 71 del D.L.gs, n. 36/2023 per la fornitura triennale di fornitura in service di Strumentazione per Anatomia Patologica e relativo materiale di consumo per l’esecuzione di indagini istologiche e citologiche, con possibilità di riscatto al termine della fornitura. Durata contrattuale di anni 3 con opzione di proroga del contratto per anni 2 ed eventuale estensione del “quinto d’obbligo” ex art. 120 co. 9 e co. 11 D. L.gs n. 36/2023.
