Procedura negoziata senza previa pubblicazione di un bando di gara ex art. 18 del D.Lgs. 15 novembre 2011, n. 208 per la stipula di un Accordo Quadro settennale, su unico Lotto, per la fornitura ricambi e servizi di manutenzione, riparazione e revisione di parti, complessivi, sottocomplessivi, assiemi o sottoassiemi e assistenza tecnica “a domicilio" per i sistemi d'arma VBM “Freccia", VCC “Dardo", Blindo Armata “Centauro", Carro Armato “Ariete", VBL “Puma" in dotazione alla Forza Armata (F.A.), essenziali per permettere l'espletamento delle attività operative, addestrative e di approntamento degli Enti, Distaccamenti, Reparti e Comandi (EDRC) di F.A.. Le predette esigenze sono direttamente connesse anche alle operazioni “fuori area".
