Description
Le présent marché a pour objet la prestation de services de formation sur les outils bureautiques entrant dans la liste des « services spécifiques » visés à l’annexe III de la loi du 17 juin 2016. Ce marché porte sur des formations visant à développer les compétences des utilisateurs dans l'utilisation d'outils bureautiques. Ces formations couvrent un large éventail de logiciels et de systèmes. Le présent marché est composé de 21 Lots appelés « thèmes ». Les thèmes pourront être attribués à des adjudicataires distincts. Il sera exécuté suivant la technique de l’accord-cadre entre plusieurs opérateurs sans remise en concurrence tel que spécifié à l’article 43 §5 1° de la loi du 17 juin 2016.
