Syftet med upphandlingen är att utse den juridiska person som ska vara hyresvärd åt Regionservice fastighet avseende lokaler för vårdcentral i Varberga centrum. Region Örebro län (”Regionen”) söker en långsiktig, stabil hyresvärd som kan erbjuda goda ekonomiska villkor och hög kvalitet på förvaltning, drift och underhåll. Det är av största vikt att antagen anbudsgivare kan fullfölja projektet i nära dialog med Region Örebro län för att säkerställa att lokalerna är anpassade till Regionens behov.
