Description
The competition is for a framework agreement for various food deliveries. The objective of the framework agreement is to simplify the procurements and achieve a better total economy, as well as ensure the delivery of good and favourable food products, primarily for use in municipal entities. Schools, nurseries and other entities are not included in the competition, but larger units with good ordering routines and volume have an option to participate in the framework agreement. The contracting authority is the procurement cooperation SMARTKOM which consists of Marker, Aremark and Skiptvet municipalities. The estimated value per annum and the maximum value for the entire contract period per group, including any options and the expected price rise are stated in point 1.1.4. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.
