Das Ministerium für Verkehr des Landes NRW, die Aufgabenträger für den Schienenpersonennahverkehr in NWL und Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen in der Region haben das gemeinsame Programm "Fokus Bahn NRW" zur Erhöhung der Personalverfügbarkeit insbesondere für die Berufe Lokführer/in sowie Zugbegleiter/in bzw. Kundenbetreuer/in ins Leben gerufen. Beschafft werden soll durch den Programmleiter Zweckverband Nahverkehr Westfalen Lippe (NWL) die organisatorische und inhaltliche Bearbeitung des Teilprojektes "Fokus gemeinsame Qualifizierung", sowie der PMO-Unterstützung der Programmleitung.
