Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je podrobně popsán v závazném vzoru smlouvy o dílo na plnění veřejné zakázky, který je přílohou č. 5 zadávací dokumentace (dále jen „Smlouva“), a v projektové dokumentaci, která je přílohou č. 7 zadávací dokumentace. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je výběr zhotovitele přípravných zemních prací pro výstavbu nových nemocničních pavilonů, včetně realizace přeložek, drobných demolic a drobných stavebních úprav současných konstrukcí před realizací.
