Description
Vestlandet University College (HVL) shall enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of different flower categories. The framework agreement shall cover the purchase and delivery of flowers for the employees' anniversaries, disposals, birthdays, encouragement in connection with illness, funerals/funerals etc. The flowers shall be delivered to both private addresses and company addresses.
