Description
Mit vorliegendem Vergabeverfahren wird die Neuaufstellung des Flächennutzungsplans mit integriertem Landschaftsplan für das gesamte Stadtgebiet Leonberg mit einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 4874 ha und ca. 48.850 Einwohnern gemäß dem Baugesetzbuch (BauGB) in der jeweils gültigen Fassung, ausgelobt. Die Plangebietsgröße der zu erstellenden Planwerke (ISEK, FNP, LSP) beträgt 4873 ha. Der Planungshorizont bezieht sich auf den Zeitraum bis zum Jahre 2040.
