Flachdach mit Gefälledämmung und bituminöser Abdichtung, Abdichtung Technikzentrale mit Kunststoffbahn. Lichtschacht als Umkehrdach mit Wärmedämmung und Kiesschüttung als Auflast. Dachfläche wird extensiv begrünt bzw. mit Betonsteinplatten belegt. Dachentwässerung als Unterdruckentwässerung, Notabläufe werden durch die Attika geführt. Flachdachattika aus pulverbeschichtetem Aluminiumblech, sowie UV-Schutzblech auch Titanzink. Flachdach ca. 700 m² Attika: ca. 160 lfm Technikzentrale: ca. 120 m² Lichtschacht: ca. 50 m²
