OG wird ein OP-Saal eingerichtet. Die Anbindung an den Bestand erfolgt im 1. OG. Der Baukörper wird in Massivbauweise aus Stahlbetonhalbfertigteilen und Ortbeton errichtet. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst die betriebsfertige Herstellung von Flachdach- und Klempner-Arbeiten.
