Description
De provincie Overijssel heeft regelmatig behoefte aan fiscale adviezen. De provincie is een dynamische organisatie. Als gevolg hiervan doen zich, naast de gebruikelijke fiscale vraagstukken, ook veelvuldig complexere fiscale zaken voor. Om de onafhankelijkheid van de accountant te onderstrepen die op basis van de Provinciewet (artikel 217) de jaarlijkse controle op de jaarstukken uitvoert, worden onze fiscale adviesvragen niet bij hem uitgezet. De adviesvragen zijn te categoriseren in drie deelgebieden: • BTW en BTW compensatiefonds (Bcf) • Vennootschapsbelasting (Vpb) • Loonbelasting (Lb) Geraamde waarde van de opdracht betreft (4 jaar): €650.000,--.
