Description

Vanuit de Algemene Wet Rijksbelastingen (AWR) heeft de gemeente diverse verplichte overheidstaken, waarbij de gemeente regelmatig de behoefte heeft aan overleg met een inhoudelijk deskundige over fiscaal juridische vraagstukken of aan een uitwerking van een verdiepend advies. Hiervoor heeft de gemeente kortlopende overeenkomsten. Er is behoefte aan twee Raamovereenkomsten, die voor langere tijd kunnen worden benut. De aanbesteding is ingedeeld in twee percelen; perceel 1 Advies m.b.t. BTW, BTW Compensatiefonds, Overdrachtsbelasting en Vennootschapsbelasting en perceel 2 advies m.b.t. Loonheffing.
