Hankinnan kohteena on Finavian ServiceNow:n SaaS- alustalta EU/ETA-alueelta tuotetut ServiceNow-ympäristöt ja niiden lisenssit/käyttöoikeudet. Finavian nykyinen lisenssisopimus päättyy 28.12.2025.
