Description
De gemeente Zwolle wil een overeenkomst afsluiten met één Opdrachtnemer voor de levering, onderhoud en beheer en implementatie van een Saas-oplossing voor een financieel systeem. Uitgangspunt: de gemeente wil een standaard-oplossing zonder maatwerk, waarin de -voor Zwolle- noodzakelijke functionaliteiten zijn ondergebracht. Tot de scope behoren o.a. Inkoop tot en met betalen, Verkoop tot en met ontvangst, Memorialenproces, Begrotingsproces, Grootboek, Projectregistratie (financieel), Tijdregistratie ivm kostentoerekening budgetten, BTW, Adresboek (stamgegevens), Vaste activa, Balansfunctionaliteit, IV-3 aangifte (JSON formaat). Daarnaast zijn er koppelingen (informatie-uitwisseling) met bestaande applicaties, zoals LIAS, BNG, Topdesk, Kofax en FLOW. Als optie wordt een apart tenant voor SSC Ons meegenomen.
