Description
Het doel van de aanbesteding is het sluiten van een Overeenkomst met een (1) Opdrachtnemer voor het uitvoeren van de financiële administratie en financiële verantwoording van projecten uit de SHI die vallen onder de subsidieregeling van het Nationaal Groeifonds (NGF). Onderdeel van de Opdracht is het uitvoeren van het financieel management, waarvoor de Opdrachtnemer een financieel manager aanbiedt. De financieel manager heeft zitting in het managementteam van de SHI. Daarnaast zal de Opdrachtnemer voor de SHI een subsidie expertise punt opzetten, zowel financieel als project- en procesmatig. 1.
