Description
Individual Consultancy Services - The Selection of the Candidate will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Guide to Procurement (GtP) for projects financed by the EIB dated September 2018, and individuals will be selected under the ‘Open procedure’, EIB GtP para 4.2.1.
