Description
Het betreft het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met 3 opdrachtnemers. Deze aanbesteding omvat reeds een eerste opdracht binnen deze raamovereenkomst, namelijk het afsluiten van een basiscapaciteit voor het finaliseren van het digitale meterombouw programma van Fluvius, meer specifiek het ombouwen van een restvolume analoge elektriciteits- en gasmeters dat voortvloeit uit het Energiebesluit van de Vlaamse Overheid waarin opgenomen is dat tegen 1 juli 2029 alle kleinverbruiksmetingen elektriciteit (max. 56 kVA) en gas moeten voorzien zijn van een digitale meter.
