Description
Het doel van deze opdracht is om een fietsstimuleringsapp aan te besteden en te implementeren, beheren en onderhouden, in de provincies Overijssel, Zuid-Holland, Utrecht, en Noord-Brabant. Noord-Brabant zal de app inzetten via SmartwayZ.NL, waar zij penvoerder van is, en via dit netwerkprogramma ook de gebruikers in provincie Limburg voor haar rekening nemen. Deze aanbesteding is een gezamenlijke uitvraag van deze provincies, waarbij de provincie Overijssel de aanbestedende dienst is en gemachtigd is door de provincies Zuid-Holland, Utrecht en Noord-Brabant. Bij gunning zal door de provincie Overijssel één contract met de winnende partij worden afgesloten voor de werkzaamheden die per provincie relevant zijn (zie ‘Opdrachtomschrijving’). 1
