Description
A Nemzeti Adó- és Vámhivatal (továbbiakban: NAV) jogszabályban rögzített módon, elektronikusan köteles a megadott felekkel kapcsolatot tartani. Az eljárások során elektronikus aláírásokat és időbélyegzéseket alkalmaznak a felek. Az így aláírt dokumentumokat a NAV tárolja a jogszabályban meghatározott időintervallum végéig. Nyertes ajánlattevő feladata, hogy olyan felülhitelesítő (felülidőbélyegző) rendszert (továbbiakban: FHR) implementáljon megrendelő infrastruktúrájában, amellyel ezen dokumentumok hitelességének hosszútávú fenntartása biztosítható.
