Description
The Council of Europe is looking for a supplier to develop a new online system for the European Youth Foundation (EYF), which will replace the current outdated system and provide a modern, user-friendly, and efficient tool for applying and managing grants, as well as communicating with the EYF. The new system should meet the business requirements outlined in the document, including user management, notification center, template/form management, landing page and account creation, messaging system, grant management, task management, and dashboard.
