Description
Für das FAIR-Projekt wird derzeit ein neues Kontrollraumgebäude, das FAIR Control Centre (FCC), errichtet. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Planung, Lieferung, Installation und Prüfung einer Leitwartenausstattung für den Hauptkontrollraum (MCR) im FCC.
Award criteria
- Price — Preiskriterium für "Preis-Quotient-Methode"
- Quality — Es erfolgt eine Bewertung der angebotenen Lösung für die Kühlung der Konsolen. Dies beinhaltet Konzept, Rechnungen, Strömungs-simulation, Geräuschentwicklung, usw. Erfüllung der geforderten Parameter…
- Quality — Bewertet werden die Qualität und Vollständigkeit der Angebotsunterlagen (Zeichnungen, 3D-Modell, Muster, Akustik-Konzept, Material, Zertifikate, ...)
- Quality — Wunschlieferzeit sind 12 Wochen (5 Punkte) +1 Punkt für jede Woche früher (maximal +5 Punkte) -1 Punkt für jede Woche später (bis 0 Punkte)
- Quality — Bewertet werden Aufwand und Zeitbedarf für die Zugänglichkeit der Einbauten. Es erfolgt eine relative Bewertung der einzelnen Lösungen untereinan-der.
