Description

La présente consultation est lancée selon une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles R.2124-2-1° et R.2131-16-1°, R.2161-1 à R.2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. Conformément aux articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 et 14 du Code de la Commande Publique, la consultation donnera lieu à un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire. Au titre de cet accord-cadre, la Ville de Grand Quevilly aura la possibilité, de commander les prestations prévues au Bordereau des Prix Unitaires dans les limites suivantes : montant min : 15 000 euro(s) HT / montant max : 100 000 euro(s) HT
