Entreprenadens omfattning Kategorier som ska kunna tillhandahållas under begreppet fastighetsjour är: glasarbeten, låsarbeten, snickeriarbeten, elarbeten, VVS-arbeten, ventilationsarbeten, kylarbeten, storkök, brandlarm och arbete som kräver spolbil. Beredskapspersonal som utför arbeten åt B i enlighet med denna upphandling ska ha erforderliga behörigheter för det arbete som utförs. Samma behörighetskrav ställs på eventuella UE.
