Description
Kommunernas socialtjänst k.f. begär in anbud på Familjerådgivning. I enlighet med 26 § 1 mom. landskapslag (2020:12) om socialvård, ska rådgivning i uppfostrings- och familjefrågor ges för att främja barnets välfärd, individuella uppväxt och positiva utveckling, stöda föräldraskapet samt för att stärka barnfamiljernas förmåga att klara sig självständigt och stärka deras egna resurser. Kommunernas socialtjänst k.f. (nedan upphandlande enhet) har i egenskap av ansvarig organisation för den kommunala socialvården på Åland skyldighet att tillhandahålla den rådgivning som beskrivs ovan. Upphandlingen gäller tjänster så att den upphandlande enheten ska kunna erbjuda rådgivning i uppfostrings- och familjefrågor till barn och unga i åldern 0–17 år och deras familjer med hemkommun på Åland.
