Description
Rahmenvereinbarung über die Bereitstellung von Fahrrädern im Wege von Leasing durch Entgeltumwandlung Gegenstand dieser Rahmenvereinbarung ist die Bereitstellung von Fahrrädern mitsamt leasingfähigem Zubehör durch den Auftragnehmer im Wege des Leasings durch Entgeltumwandlung. Weiterhin gehört hierzu die Erbringung von Versicherungsleistungen, das Störfallmanagement sowie Service und Umsetzungsleistungen durch den Auftragnehmer.
