Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Bereitstellung von Fahrrädern im Wege des Leasings (Teilamortisierungsleasing) gemäß § 19b TV-L zum Zwecke der Überlassung an Beschäftigte zur dienstlichen und privaten Nutzung einschließlich Versicherungs-, Schulungs- und Serviceleistungen (insbesondere Abwicklung der Bestell-, Rückgabeund Schadenabwicklungsprozesse, Wartung und Reparatur, Störfallmanagement und Bereitstellung eines Online-Portals).
