Description
Die Stadt Löhne beabsichtigt die Planungsleistungen für die Generalsanierung der Grundschule Löhne-Ort zu beauftragen. Der Auftrag umfasst die Fachplanungsleistungen zum Tragwerk gem. § 51 HOAI und Wärmeschutz (Bauphysik) gem. Anl. 1.2 zu § 3 HOAI. (Die weiteren zur Realisierung des Bauvorhabens erforderlichen Objektplanungsleistungen und Fachplanungsleistungen zur TGA werden gesondert vergeben.) Die Beauftragung von Sonderfachleuten wie Prüfstatiker, Gutachter, etc. erfolgt durch den Bauherrn gesondert.
