Description
In der Liegenschaft Kürassier Kaserne soll die gesamte vorhandene Wärmeversorgungsanlage einschl. der Gebäudeautomation aus wirtschaftlichen und betriebstechnischen Gründen unter Berücksichtigung der energetischen und klimafreundlichen Qualitätsanforderungen erneuert werden. Das Bauvorhaben beinhaltet zwei Teilbereiche: 1. Errichten einer neuen Heizzentrale (WVA) mit zugehörigem Teil Gebäudeautomation, Erneuerung Wärmeversorgungsnetz gemäß Erfordernis und Erneuerung der wärmetechnischen Hausstation (WH) 2. Erneuerung der Gebäudeautomation der Liegenschaft
