Rahmenvereinbarung technischer Ausbau für die Landkreise Freising, Erding, München Die Rahmenvereinbarung bezieht sich auf Leistungen der KG 400, hier insbesondere KG 410, KG 420, KG 430 und KG 480. Grundsätzlich kommt diese Rahmenvereinbarung für jene kommenden kleinen Baumaßnahmen zum Zuge, welche aufgrund der kumulierten Höhe aller zu vergebenen Planungsleistungen (Architekt, TGA M, TGA E usw.) über den Schwellenwert der europaweiten Ausschreibungen liegt.
