Im Rahmen der Erweiterung des Landratsamtes Schwandorf wird die Fachplanung ELT für den Anbau des Sitzungssaalgebäudes ausgeschrieben [stufenweise Vergabe gem. angefügtem Mustervertrag]. Die Planung hat eine vollumfängliche Barrierefreiheit zu gewährleisten. Die Planungsleistungen sollen im Herbst 2024 starten. Die Bezugsfertigkeit ist für Jahresende 2027 angedacht.
