Description
Es handelt sich bei dem geplanten Bauvorhaben um einen eingeschossigen Erweiterungsneubau in Massivbauweise welcher neben den Bestandseinrichtungen (KiTa mit 3 Gruppen, Krippe mit 2 Gruppen) im laufenden Betrieb errichtet werden soll. Die Vorentwurfsplanung gem. Raumprogramm ergibt eine BGF von ca. 564m² sowie eine NGF von 419m². Die ausgewiesenen Gesamtbaukosten gem. DIN 276 (2018-12) belaufen sich auf ca. 2.553.383,00€ brutto. Es sollen die Fachplanerleistung HLS in den Leistungsphasen 1-9 der HOAI erbracht werden.
