Description
Helsingin yliopiston rahastot pyysi tarjousta “Fabianinkatu 28 muutos ja korjaus” -hankkeen projektinjohtourakasta. Hankinta toteutettiin rajoitettuna menettelynä. Kohde käsittää Helsingin keskustan kampusalueella sijaitsevan rakennuksen Fabianinkatu 28 osan ”Aleksandria” muutos- ja korjaustyöt. Korjausalueen laajuus on noin 4000 brm2 ja kohdistuvat pääosin tontilla 19 sijaitsevaan uudempaan osaan, Aleksandriaan. Talotekniikan korjauksia toteutetaan myös Aleksandriaa palvelevien ns. vanhan osan ullakolla ja kellarissa sijaitsevissa teknisissä tiloissa.
