Description
Ajánlatkérő Intézmény részére 24 hónapban szükséges vegyes erdei faaprítékot kívánja beszerezni egy ajánlattevővel megkötött keretmegállapodás alapján. A teljesítés magában foglalja a helyszínre történő szállítást és a fuvareszközről a tárolóba történő berakást is. A Kbt. 105. § (1) bekezdés a) pontja alapján, az esetenkénti megrendelés, a 104. § (3) bekezdés szerinti keretmegállapodásban meghatározott feltételek szerint, az ajánlatkérő által közvetlen megrendelés útján a 105. § (1) bekezdés a) pontja szerint kiválasztott ajánlattevőtől történik.
