Description

Dans le cadre du suivi de la transformation numérique des chemins de fer belges, la SNCB a décidé de renouveler le support des services informatiques. Le support actuel dans ces domaines est géré par un partenaire tiers (outsourcing partner). La mission d’externalisation en cours prendra bientôt fin (novembre '25), c’est pourquoi la SNCB/Ypto souhaite lancer un nouveau dossier afin d’avoir un ou plusieurs nouveaux contrats à temps, avec comme date ultime la conclusion des nouveaux contrats d’ici avril ‘25.
