Description

The works involve the renovation and extension to an existing vacant and derelict 3 storey building located on Main St Bruff, close to the junction of Main Street (R512) and Crawfords Street (R516). The building is known locally as Jim Butlers Building. The works involve extensive demolition of the existing building and rebuilding to provide 2No. three storey town houses. The building is within the Architectural Conservation Area of the town and for this reason, the front elevation of the building will need to be retained. The building is in a very poor condition and interested parties should familiarise themselves with the building and site prior to submitting a tender.
