Le présent appel d’offres porte sur les travaux de démolition second œuvre et façade et notamment : - Démolition de murs en béton armé, en parpaings, parois légères ; - Démontage d’escaliers, planchers mixtes - Démontage d’environ 5’500 m2 de façade composée de tôle SP, isolation et cassettes WP ; - Démontage de fenêtres et portes industrielles. Enfin, il est à noter que le bâtiment restera en exploitation durant la totalité des travaux.
