Description

L'accord-cadre est "composite". Il comprend une partie "marché ordinaire" et une partie "accord-cadre à bons de commande". Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. La Région a décidé la mise en place d'un service d'autopartage en boucle qui permet au voyageur s'étant inscrit au préalable de réserver un véhicule, de le prendre et de le déposer à la station de départ. Le Titulaire aura pour missions l'exploitation du service (la fourniture des véhicules, leur entretien, la coordination du projet ainsi que la communication). Pour tous les lots, la date de démarrage des prestations est celle de la notification
