Description
De aanbestedende overheid draagt aan de concessiehouder de conceptie, het oprichten en de exploitatie op van een deelfietsensysteem met elektrische en gewone fietsen in de Vervoerregio Aalst en Vlaamse Ardennen. Het deelfietsensysteem omvat geen vastgesteld aantal fietsen, maar een minimaal aantal basislocaties met een minimaal aantal fietsen per locatie. Voor de vervoerregio Aalst worden minimaal 15 locaties in het basisnetwerk opgenomen. Voor de vervoerregio Vlaamse Ardennen worden minimaal 12 locaties in het basisnetwerk opgenomen.
