Description
Deze openbare Europese aanbesteding heeft tot doel het sluiten van een Huurovereenkomst ten behoeve van de verhuur van de tijdelijke studentenhuisvesting in de gebouwen Scheikunde en Agrotechnion op locatie De Dreijen te Wageningen. De aanbesteding wordt uitgevoerd conform de Europese Richtlijn 2014/24/EU, voor Nederland omgezet in de Aanbestedingswet 2012 zoals gewijzigd per 1 juli 2016 (AW). De Huurovereenkomst wordt afgesloten met een looptijd van 4 jaar en 5 maanden, ingaande op 1 september 2024 en lopende tot 31 januari 2029. De Opdracht is niet onderverdeeld in Percelen. De Opdracht zonder onderverdeling in Percelen is reeds een logisch afgebakend en voor de markt behapbaar geheel. Het betreft bovendien geen samengestelde opdracht.
