Description

The FBA seeks to procure consultants with expertise in international peace, security, development, and multilateral cooperation.  In addition to subject-matter expertise, consultants should possess one or several key skills such as process support, dialogue facilitation, change management, senior advisory, mentoring, coaching, retreat and workshop facilitation and training. The FBA may evaluate bids against a set of global criteria as well as specific sub-categories of criteria.  For more information, see App 2 Terms of Reference.
