,,Expertizarea şi elaborarea documentaţiei tehnice în vederea autorizării ISCIR a echipamentelor sub presiune (conducte si recipienti) supuse reglementarilor ISCIR aferente cazanelor energetice din cadrul SE Rovinari’’, conform cerintelor tehnice din caietul de sarcini nr. 227/SER/DG/29.01.2026. Nota: În masura în care solicitarile de clarificari/informatii suplimentare vor fi adresate cu 18 zile înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, entitatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor acestor solicitarile de clarificari/informatii suplimentare, o singura data, cu 11 zile înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor (conf art. 172 si art. 173 din Legea nr. 99/2016).
