Description
Om in te kunnen spelen op snelle veranderingen in het medialandschap wil NPO een innovatieve organisatie zijn die komt met nieuwe producten en diensten. Om dit proces te versnellen wil NPO een Experiment Team opzetten dat innovatieve ideeën identificeert, uitwerkt en valideert aan de hand van de wensen en behoeften van de eindgebruikers. Doel is om per jaar zes experimenten samen met onze idee-eigenaren te valideren. Als NPO vinden we het belangrijk dat interne collega’s zich blijven ontwikkelen en opgedane kennis wordt geborgen in de organisatie. Daarom zal per challenge van Opdrachtnemer worden verwacht dat één collega van de NPO mee kan lopen met de Innovatiestrateeg of UX-designerfunctie om zodoende relevante vaardigheden op te doen. Dit dient uiteindelijk als doel dat NPO in de toekomst over voldoende kennis en expertise beschikt om deze challenges zelf te kunnen uitvoeren.
