Description
EA Executive search Opdrachtnemer verleent executive search-diensten aan de AFM voor bestuurders en raad van toezichtleden (rvt-leden) van de AFM. De AFM is voornemens met betrekking tot de uitvoering van deze diensten een raamovereenkomst aan te gaan met één opdrachtnemer met een looptijd van twee jaar met tweemaal een verlengingsoptie van een jaar. In de raamovereenkomst zijn de voorwaarden vastgelegd die van toepassing zijn op alle opdrachten tot het verrichten van de diensten die de AFM voornemens is te gunnen gedurende de looptijd van deze raamovereenkomst.
